Sara’s pilates teaching is inspired by the ability to help others become stronger and more confident. She is a great instructor for movers of all levels including beginners and those coming back from injury.
Q: What inspired you to become a Pilates instructor?
A: I was inspired by the change I saw in myself and my body when I started practicing pilates. I want to help people move out of pain, become stronger and realize their own amazing abilities!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A: Dawn Chouman has been the biggest influence on my career and has been a wonderful and encouraging friend from the beginning. My mother has been the most wonderful pillar of support and positivity as I’ve ventured into this exciting new career.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A: What spare time!? When I get a few minutes to unwind, I love watching the Great British Bake Off, reading sci-fi/fantasy novels or deep diving into researching random topics of interest.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
