Victoria Williams
Licensed Massage Therapist

Victoria Williams began practicing massage over 20 years ago.  She has dedicated herself to helping her clients relieve stress, reduce pain, increase range of motion and achieve an overall better quality of life.

Q: What inspired you to choose massage?

A: My whole life I've been drawn to help others. I found early on that I could instinctively tell when someone was in physical discomfort and was immediately compelled to help using my hands.  When I discovered that I was able to really help alleviate others' pain, i knew this was my path. I have personally suffered from chronic pain (Migraine) and know how mentally and physically exhausting it can be.  I am grateful to be in a position to assist someone to relax, be in the moment and let go of the physical and emotional stresses that we all encounter.

Q: Who has inspired your work?

A: I believe we can learn from everyone in our path and I've been blessed to know many skilled healers in my lifetime.  I learned a great deal from my experience working in rehab at Seton Brain and Spine Institute and from an Osteopathic physician in California. My biggest influence and mentor is Dr. Abby Blackburn. She's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to physical health and is such a positive, forward thinking role- model. i find myself thinking 'What would Abby do?'

Q: What's on your workout playlist?

A: I like to listen to music that really pumps me up. Definitely a little Rage Against the Machine to remind me of my own personal power along with a whole host of other music that keeps me motivated.

Q: What do you do for fun?

A: I enjoy hanging out with my two very entertaining cats and my darling of a husband. On a typical weekend you'll find us binge watching National Geographic or a random Netflix series and hanging out with good friends.

Q: If you indulge are you a savory or sweets person?

A: Everyone knows I'm sweet.

We look forward to hearing from you
